Terms of Use Agreement

1. Activation of service by "Beengo.me Ltd." (Beengo) includes mailing of an otp token code generator (Code Generator). It is agreed that the Code Generator is the sole property of Beengo, loaned to the business partner (Business) for the duration of this contract.
2. The Code Generator will be replaced at no charge in the event of fault or breakage, excluding damage as a result of misuse.
3. The contract period will serve for one year from the date of profile approval and includes the following:
   1. Beengo's service and technical support.
   2. Virtual prepayment cards and advanced Loyalty Club features (messaging, maps, contact details, sale promotions, links, etc.).
   3. Web interface for managing the Beengo profile.
4. Payments to Beengo are monthly (3.5% of the total amount paid to Beengo by the end-user, in accordance with credit card company rates).
5. Beengo agrees to pay the Business owner twice a month by bank transfer for all credit card purchases during said month minus 3.5% (see #4 above).
6. In addition to the monthly bank transfers, the Business will receive a report detailing all transactions made by end-users using the Beengo application.
7. The Business is obligated to supply the products purchased by the end-users with the Beengo application. Violation of this article constitutes a fundamental breach of the Agreement.
8. Beengo is entitled to update the Beengo application at any time for the sake of bug fixes, adding functionalities or for any other reason, at Beengo's discretion.
9. Use of the Beengo application is subject to the General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use, and to the Privacy Policy.
